Bill introduced by Democrats would essentially eliminate small farmers, farmer’s markets, & even gifts from home gardens — under guise of “safety.” Tons of red tape & million-dollar fines if no paperwork & proof of compliance; only Big Agriculture could afford to follow new regulations.
